Mencap Active provides lifelong learning opportunities.

These opportunities enable people with a learning disability to develop the skills that will help them to take a full part in community life.

We believe services for people with a learning disability should stimulate and interest as well as challenge both mind and body.

Delivered as day services, Mencap Active focuses on developing practical and social skills based around activities that people choose themselves. 

Whether playing sport, music or drama, gaining qualifications or new skills, we believe services should fulfil lives and aspirations not just fill time.
